Qualls infor�ed the Board that lights ordered in at 47ashington and Esther Streets� Sunnyside and Sorin Streets� Indiana and Pulaski Streets and Pu�asY.i Strects had all been installed and were nota in service� also that 1000 lumen lights at Sunnyside and l;'ashington Streets and at Jacob and i4ashington Streets had been changed to 4000 lumen lights. The r�eeting was held for the purpose of awarding the bid for one �50 gallon punper for the Fire DepaY�trient. • After tabulating the bids� and a full discussion of the specifications it was the decision of the Board to accept the bid of the h;axim P•.otor Company, of Niddleboro� P�?assachusetts for the sun of �1�+,979.5Q� it being� in the Boardis opinion� the lo�rest and best bid sub�aitted� ;uoject to the apnroval of the Coru:^on Council.
