RESCHEDULED REGULAR MEETING
December 6, 2011 1308 County-City Building
4:00 p.m. 227 West Jefferson Boulevard

The December 6, 2011 Rescheduled Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was
called to order at 4:05 p.m. by its President, Jose Alvarez. There was a quorum present.
1. ROLL CALL
Members Present: Mr. Jose Alvarez, President
Ms. Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, Vice President
Mr. Ray Thomas, Secretary
Redevelopment Staff: Mr. Don Inks, Director of Economic Development
Mrs. Elizabeth Leonard Inks, Director of Finance and
Program Management
Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary
Mr. Larry Meteiver, Legal Counsel
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
a. Approval of the minutes of November 15, 2011
Upon a motion by Ray Thomas, seconded by Carolyn Pfotenhauer, and
unanimously carried, the Authority approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting
of November 15, 2011.
3. NEW BUSINESS
a. Authority approval of Certification of the project completion of the Eddy Street
Commons 2008 Project
Ms. Inks said this certification is the formality to let the bond holders know that
the project is completed. All of the different items have gone to the Board of
Public Works and each individual contractor has their affidavit of completion. Mr.
Inks said this is the bond project, which is the City's infrastructure and parking
garage, not the actual development itself. Mr. Inks said a very small part of the
project is not quite complete, but it is insignificant. Mrs. Inks said the incomplete
part is not paid for by bond money.
Mr. Meteiver noted that the certification had one minor error— it states the
meeting would be at 1200 County City Building rather than 1308. He said we
could just make the correction on the document, which was done.
Upon a motion by Ms. Pfotenhauer, seconded by Mr. Thomas, the Authority

approved the certification of project completion of the Eddy Street Commons
2008 Project as corrected.
4. NEXT MEETING DATE: December 21, 2011
5. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Authority the meeting
was adjourned at 4:10 p.m.
