ANNUAL ORGANIZATIONAL MEETING

The January 17, 2011 Annual Organizational Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was
called to order at 10:28 a.m. by Carolyn Pfotenhauer. There was a quorum present.
1. ROLL CALL
Members Present: Ms. Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, Vice-President
Mr. Raphael Thomas, Secretary
Member Absent: Mr. Jose Alvarez, President
Redevelopment Staff: Mr. Donald Inks, Director of Economic Development
Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary
2. SWEARING IN OF AUTHORITY MEMBERS
Ms. Mary Beth Wisniewski, Chief Deputy City Clerk, administered the oath of office to
the following Authority members: Carolyn Pfotenhauer and Raphael Thomas.
3. ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Mr. Thomas recommended that the slate of officers remain as it was in 2010 with Jose
Alvarez as President, Carolyn Pfotenhauer as Vice-President and Raphael Thomas as
Secretary. Ms. Pfotenhauer accepted this motion. The Authority unanimously approved
the nominations.
4. SET REGULAR MEETING TIMES FOR 2010
The first and third Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m. were set for the regular meeting times.
5. ADJOURNMENT
Upon a motion Ms. Pfotenhauer, seconded by Mr. Thomas, the Annual Organizational
Meeting was adjourned at 10:32 a.m.
