The January 18, 2010 Special Meeting of the Redevelopment Authority was called to order at
1:37 p.m. by its Secretary, Ray Thomas. There was a quorum present.
1. ROLL CALL
Members Present: Ms. Carolyn V. Pfotenhauer, Vice President
Mr. Ray Thomas, Secretary
Member Absent: Mr. Jose Alvarez, President
Redevelopment Staff: Mr. Donald Inks, Director of Economic Development
Ms. Cheryl Greene, Legal Counsel
Mrs. Jenny Hullinger, Recording Secretary
2. APPROVAL OF MINUTES
a. Approval of the minutes of July 1, 2009
Upon a motion by Carolyn Pfotenhauer, seconded by Ray Thomas, the Authority
approved the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of July 1, 2009.
3. NEXT MEETING DATE: February 3, 2010
4. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the Redevelopment Authority the meeting
was adjourned at 1:38 p.m.
