The City Attorney presented a stateMent £rom the Judge o£ the Circuit
Court indicatin� that he had appointed Ruasell Gi11, Paul Dillon ^nd
Gilbert Schaus to appraise the police cars to be sold. �
An application i'or the Police Departsient vras received and ordered
filed from IIenry Josenh i'Jozniak. � �
A report cras received from the appraisers of the police Hadio �quin-
^:ent containin� the app�aised valuation of the equipment to be sold, The
Clerli of the i�oard •r:as directed to advertise the sale of the radio equip-
ment and the police cars crith sealed bids to be received up till 11:00
