Inthe above matter remonstrators appeared but no written remon strands was filed. The Bodd therefore sustain all former action taken and declare, the above described property in all things vacated and this resolution' in all.. th_ingo ratified,, confirmed and approved, and the ward now orders that a list or roll - be prepared of all owners or holders of ppeporty and of valuable interests therein sought to be takeo or to be injuriously effected which list or roll shall also des- cribe the property benef ically affected. Hearing given on Condemnation Resolution No. 55 for the Opening of Edgewater 193brame from Arch Avenue to Harper Court, in the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstratprs appeared and no writte n, remonstrance vas filed. The Board further ordered thattne City Engineer be instructed to prepare a roll of .all Owners or holders of property and of valuable interests therein sought to be taken or to be injuriously affected which list or roll shall also describe the property beneficially affected nd show the awards o damages and assessment of benefits in the above matter. Hearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for pipe sewer on Haney Avenue from 2nd. alley east of Mar -ins S� rest to 130 feet west of Leer Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 654. In the City of South Bend., Indiana, In theabove matter no remonstrators appeared but a written remonstrance was filed by the New York Central Railway Co. through their attosney Wm. F. Dinnen, said remonstrance over -railed .by Be'9,rd, and the Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed September 16th.,1919 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said roll, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed September 16th.,1919 and the final estimate allowed September 16th.,1919 should be and the same are h reby in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved.
