last meetin� tivere read and approved. Salar�r claims in the amount of

I have exar:tined �.:r. Sizaifer and iind tha� he had a cl�.ronic osteomyelitis
(de«d �one ) of the left tibia.
I have vie���ed the x-ray at St. Joseph i7ospit�:1 also, and I believe that
tne �1ire si�0uld '�e rer�oved from the bone ana also dead bone ���l�ich is present,
and that the man then be �iven an extended treatment �.rith �enicillin. This
mi�ht require hospitalization from tti•ao to three ��reel�s .
