Pr2r. �ualls submitted a letter and set of plans from the Indiana Bell Telephone Company, asking for permission to increase their plant facilities to meet post-ti�ar demands for telephone service in the �,astern section of South Bend. Upon the report of his passing .such an examination, he is to ba reQtored to active duty as of June �5, 1945. A letter �ras received from Clem iiazinski, Entertainmen-t Chairman :of the F'raternal Order of. Police, asking permission to give a show at ��chool Field.
