South Send, Indiana.
Upon said hearing remonstrators appeared but no written remonstra,nc'�

Mr. Guy Staples -appeared before thy* Board in rega!,d to the pavement
im-,-)rovement on Emerick Street, _and wanted to file objections to same. The Board
informed ,1fir . Staples that this resolution was confirmed, but that they would make trip
of -,-investigation to look over the property he mentioned would-be assessed.

Electrical convention In Chicago this year. The Board did not approve of anyone
attending convention this year.
