efiective Tuesday, December 12, 1944 at 12 :05 r.��I. The purpose of the leave
is to permit Officer Roe to attend Hines nospital for observation and treat-
:nents . If the attendance of Officer Roe at Hines riospital is less than t�ro
�reelis he is to report ir,u�ediately for duty, and ii lon�er than ttvo •�reeks,
additianal time ti^rill be �ranted to him upon the iniorr�ation being presented

medical and hospital expenses zor an operation necessitated as a result of
an accident v�hile on dut�; in 1933. ihe �oard �ade no decision and requests
that Doctor and hosp�.t�l bills 'ae submitted to it �fter the onez�ation and
the recovery oi Gfficer ';Jert.
