Housing Authority asking that tti^ro stree.t lights be installed in the 2nd
and 4th Courts and tv�o street lights be. installed in the middle of Higgens
Drive. These ti�ere referred to T�Ir. Cualls for investigation and report.
He ���as also asked to investigate the need for a street 1i�,ht at Oakside and
Fellows Street.
