GIBSON, Notary, Publ is The following resolution was adopted by the Boardi ° RESOLt7TION POR' SERVICE 'CONNECTIONS WTTHi MAINS' NO 6 • 9T � WHEREAS, the Board of Public Works on the 1.5th., day of April 1919 did adopt' a resolution ordering and requir ing the permanent improvement of Lincoln Way West from Olive Street to City Limits*_ by paving the roadway of the same, and WHEREAS„ the City ©fvvil Engineer , hse prepared and filed in the office "of this -Board a report shoring the number and location of the service pipes, malty$, conduits, lateral@, and eonneetions which are, or will be necessary to aasoommodate the abutting property and the owners thereof with gas, water, sewer, and other Conveniences and Aacessaries; and also said City Civil Engineer has prepared and filed in said office specifications showing the mat r ial to be used and the manner of laying service pipes, mains, conduits, laterals and connections from the mains to . the points inside the curb l inns. Therefore, be it resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bead, Indiana, ,that the report of the City' Civil Ensiseer is adopted, and said report and the specifications pre pared and ;filed by him are made a part of this resolution as fully and effectually as if copied herein at full length, and it is further ordered that all 'of vueh private connections with the sewer, gas and water mains be made in said street bringing thbm inside the curb lines thereof.
