Upon told hearing, no remonstrators§ appeared and uo- nr itten remonstrance was filed, And the ,Boa;rd being fully' adv ised in the premises desiced, that the benefits to property, liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the estimated .cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Eng inee and thereupon takes final action on said resolutiton ,as originally adopted, and the same ''is hereby in all things ratified, eonf. irmed and approved. In the Atty. Fadrabaugh (a proper( owner on Michigan Street) appeared and explained about the street car company tracks, and said that the Street car company's representative had told him that they would not pay for resurfacing but would put Is base under car tracks, as this is a private right of wady. The Board decided to defer this hearing until Wednesday JFly 9th.,1919 at 7:15 P.M. The Board agreed to notify Mr. R.. R. Smith Mgr. of the Chicago, tat South Bend & Northern Indiana Railway Company to be prewsent 6b meeting to be held Wednesday July 9th.,1919 at 7:15 P.M. in regard to dieoto4lig permanent improvement on North Michigan Street. The Board ad r ad Mr. Paege to pay assessment abd the Board would refund the price of $18.75 t ough the Water department. The Board ordered res glut i ns prepared for pipe sewers on George Avenue and on St. Peter Street. Petition filed by Andrew Ni Hildebrand for pavement of alley between Wenger Street and Pennsylvania Avenue and 2nd alley East Of Fellows Street* The Board ordered a resolut ivn prepared on same. Financial report of the Ci y Cemetery Sexton received , read and placed on. file. f� The Board ordered the central Union Telephone Company notified to reset to the south a pole owned by their compw which stands in the way of an entrance. to garage at 234 Chapin Street.
