I Concerning the improvement of the xoadway,,.of California Avenue from Portage Avenue to .Blaine Avenue in pursuance to Res olut ion No* 666 -the Board finds that no pet it ion has been filed with said Board -by aw- ma jor ity in nunber of the freeholders res id ing on said st ' eet to be improved requesting that it be improved with a 4ifferent kind of pavement than tle kind heretofore adopted- by the Board in its preliminary order; and the City Engineer reports that W ill iston ;Cons tract ion` Company is the lowest and best bidder for -the kind of ;pavement heretofore adopted by the Board, and the Board find that said Williston Construction Company is the lowest and beat bidder, and; hereby lets the contract for said improvement to him, and orders that said improvement be made with Mexican Shoot Asphalt and all., proceedings har4iofore had in, this matter are hereby c onf irmed and rat if fed. < BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS*'' 6..
