referenced agreement to add a meter reader staff position to the Public Works Water Works
Supplemental Agreement.

THIS MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING sets forth an agreement between the City of South Blend and
Teamsters Local Union No. 364,
1. The Department of Public Works, Water Works Division Supplemental Agreement to the Master
Agreement made effective January 1, 2017, Is hereby amended as follows for the Construction & Maintenance,
Customer Service, Meter, and Water Treatment Work Groups:
A, WAGES, Subsection 1, Add the Staff Position of Meter Reader with a 2018 rate of $19.40/hr., 2019 rate of
$19,54/hr., and 2020 rate of $19.74/hr. This classification was intended to be added In negotiations for the
January 1, 2017, through December 31, 2020, collective bargaining agreement.
2. This Memorandum of Understanding shall be effective November 1, 2018, Every other provision of the
original Master Agreement and Supplemental Agreement is hereby ratified, approved and reaffirmed by the
parties and all other matters previously agreed to and set forth and not affected by this amendment remain in full
force and effect,
