The Division of Utilities reviewed the documents and finds the information correct and complete. The bid(s) ranked as follows based on price: Bidder Quotation Lump Sum Price 1. EFM Excavating (Walkerton, Indiana) $99,650.00 2. Selge Construction Co., Inc. (Niles, Michigan) $150,660.50 3. Indiana Earth, Inc. $156,000,00 4. HRP Construction, Inc. $159,367.00 5. C&E Excavating, Inc. $199,499.00 The Division of Utilities recommends award of the contract for Wastewater Treatment Plant St, Joseph Riverbank Stabilization — Phase 2 to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder, EFM Excavating (Walkerton, Indiana) at the total quotation price of $99,660.00 lump sum (not to exceed price). This recommendation is provided by the Division of Utilities. The Division of Utilities will appropriate sufficient funds from Utilities, Wastewater, Other Equipment Account (641-0630-793-36-05) to fund the project (and/or other Wastewater Accounts).
