Square / PayPal (adds a 3.5% fee). Subscription starts at software launch.

Map navigation, change basemap, login administration, map/inventory trees,
query/filter trees by properties and location, draw graphics, add labels, print maps
(PDF, LPG, PNG), create custom maps and url, stats and reporting tools, edit/sort
data in table format, and export data to CSV/Excel/shapefile, An interactive Tree
Legend and Dashboard will summarize key information from the inventory app.
Major web browsers are supported (Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, and Safari).
Our software is optimized for desktop, tablets, and larger smartphones. Plan -It Geo
has an offsite backup location and we backup data no less than every 24 hours.
Tree Plotter@ is a web/mobile tree inventory, management and reporting software
application (app). Upon approval, Plan -It Geo will setup the app (e.g,
oj_l ',(",o - ['0/SouthBendIN) and a username and password (which can be changed
later). South!BendIN will be able to setup an unlimited number of logins for staff. By
default, non -logged users will be able to view basic tree information (read-only) as
determined during database discussions. Plan -It Geo will set up the software
database completed by SouthBenclIN. Online training will be scheduled with official
app launch.
Price includes annual hosting, technical support, general maintenance, and
software updates for the subscription period. After the subscription ends, the
software can be renewed at current pricing. Customization is available at agreed
pricing. If SouthBenclIN software subscription ends and is not renewed
(deactivated) or subscription ceases before the end of subscription period for any
reason, the SouthBendIN will have ownership of the data. Plan -It Geo can deliver a
shapefile and a CSV of the tree inventory data within Tree Plotter. In addition,
SouthBendIN can export (save) a copy of data anytime at no cost.
