Board met in special session at 4300 P.M. All`*estbers present.
The following plats were approved by the Board.
' Plat -of Miami Heights approved by the City Plan Commission
March 15th., 1923 approved by Board -with following dedication.
DEDICATION.
The attached 'plat is to be known as ". MIAMI HEIGHTS.* and is
bounded as follows; Beginning at -a point 48.84 feet -south of the North-west corner of
Section 19,Township'37 North, Range 3 East; thence East with center line of Ewing
Avenue 1759.2 feet; thence -South 882.3 Feet; thence west _17 66.8=Feet to the West line
of said Section; thence North 833.16 feet to the place of beginning.;
The plat contains 175 lots, numbered from l to 175 inclusive.
The streets and alleys are hereby dedicated to the public, for public
use.
The width of the streets and alleys and the dimensions of the lots
are marked in feet.
The building lines are as shown on theplat.
On lots numbered from l to 29 inclusive, there shall be no
residences constructed to cost less than $4,000. On lots -numbered from 29 to 175
inclusive, there shall be no residences constructed to cost less than 39000.00

The annexed plat is a plat of Walnut Addition to the City of
South Bend, St, Joseph County, Indiana, and comprises the tbllowing described tract
of -lead, to -wit: -
Beginning at a point on the south line of Indiana Ave., where
said line intersects the West line of Walnut St. thence west along the south line of
Indiana Ave. five hundred forty-two (54$) ft. to the west line of Sec. 141,
Twp 37,
R. 2 E. thence south along the west line of said Sec. 149 ei ht hundred and eighty-
two (882) ft.,to the north line Of Swygart's Third Addition freplat.),, thence east along
the north line.of said Swygartts Third Addition, five hundred forty-two (542) ft. to
the Wiest line of Walnut Street; thence north along the said west line of Walnut Street.
eight hundred eighty-two (882) ft. to place of beginning, being in the southwest.one

The plat contains sixty (60) lots numbered from'one to sixty
(ito60) inclusive. The size of the lots and the width of streets and alleys are
marked on the plat in feet and decimals thereof. The streets and alleys are hereby
dedicated to the public for use as public highways..
