Hammond.,City Attorney appeared before the Board and took up the matter -of the Board of Public providing the City Planning Com- mission with a proper office in :he City Hall, Upon aaggestion of Mayor Seebirt present at said meeting, th.at'the.City`,Planning Commission use the Park Commissioners office jointly with the Park Board, and Mr. L. P. Harty made motion that the City Planning Commission use the City Park Commissioner's office in the City Hall as their office and the same was seconded and carried.
