Board met in regular session at 9100 A. M. All members present.
Mayor E. F. Seebirt present.
Mr. Wm. Fury appeared before the Board and presented written
petition from property owners requesting a Trunk sewer in the District lying
between Keller Street and Vassar Avenue west of Portage Avenue. Same read -and
resolution ordered.
Petitions filed and resolutions ordered on the following: -
Grade, curb and walk on California Avenue from the west line of
Lawndale Avenue to the west line of Sancome Avenue.
Grade, 'curb and walk on Sancome Avenue from thenor.th line of
Ilan wren Street to the south line of California Avenue.
Pipe sewer on California Avenue from the west line'of Lawndale
Avenue Sxamx to the Sancome Avenue.
Pipe sewer on Sancome Avenue from the north line of Van Buren
Stree to California Avenue.. .
Pipe sewer on Monroe Street from Olive Street to Kaley Street.

Company appeared before the Board in regard to River Park lights.
The Board hereby ordered that the following lights be placed.
in River Park.
33-200 C. P. lights on iron posts staggered on Mishawaka Avenue
in River Park and 27-400'C. P. lights on other streets in River Park as shown on
blueprint in the City Engineer's office and one 100 C. P, light at Ernsperger

The following bod of the Welsbach Street Lighting Company
eceived read and placed on file and the Clerk instructed -to -notify said compa .ny
that arrangements had been made to install -electric lights in River Park and that
they will therefore remove their equipment at the expiration of their contract.

In answer' 'to your request of February 2nd. for a bid for gas street
lighting in River Park for one year from April 30th., 1923 to April 3091925, we
will furnish all the necessary globes, domes and mantles for the sixty four.
(64) Welsbach tamps now in use on the streets of River Park Wu tolfurnish the
labor to light, extinguish and maintain thesame, for the sum of $23.00 per lamp
per year.

in this City stating that this Board will receive bids up to 10:00 A.M. March 20th.

Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 1085.
Cement sidewalk on south side of Keller Street from Portage Avenue
to the west line of Morris Park Addition, under Improvement Resolution No. 1064.
