Be it known that no building shall be built closer to the street lines than indicated by the building lines on this plat. Be it further known that no building except a garage shall be built, closer than three (3) feet of the side lines of the lots abutting on Erskine Blvd, Victoria Street, ,Fairview Ave; Irvongton Ave., and Rush St., or closer than Four (4) feet of the side lines of the lots abutting on Seeberger Drive and Ewing Ave., and that the premises shall be used for residential purposes only with single dwelling -on each lot, .except where two or more lots are used for a single gelling, when . the intermediate lot line ftstrictions do not apply, and that no fence shall be erected withing fifty (50) feet of a street except an alley and street inter- sections, and that no driveway of any kind shall be constructed through the lot from the street, except lots 10,12 and 13, and that the minimum cost of each dwelling house shall be $59000.00 on Erskine Blvd and Ewing Avenue., $4,000.00 on Seeberger Drive, and $3000.00 on Fairview Ave., Victoria St., Irvington Ave., and Rush Street. In the City of South Bend, Indiana.. s In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- strance.was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed in said roll filed December 13th.,-1922 is benefitted in the amount of assessments as shown on said roll, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed Deeemlber 13th.9 1922 and the final estimate allowed December 13th., 1922 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and approved. Hearing had on assessment, roll.and final estimate for Portland cement 0oncrete pavement on,South.Michigan Street from Donmoyer_Avenue to South City Limits# u.nder_Improvement resolution No 961. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remon strance was filed. The Board therefore find that the property assessed .in said roll filed December 13th., 1922 is benefited in the amount of assessments as shown on said rolls, and the Board further find that the assessment roll filed December 13th.,1922 and the final estimate allowed December 13th., 1922 should be and the same are hereby in all things ratified, confirmed and'approved, and the Board ordered that the City Controller be notified to with -hold from final settlement to contractor the sum of Three hundred ($300.00) until street is put in proper condition. Resolved by the Board ^f Public Works of the City of South Bend, Count -St, Joseph, State of Indiana, That the construction of a local sewer, intended and adopted only for local use by the property holders whose property abuts thereon, and not intended or adapted for receiving sewerage from collateral drains, be an4 the same is hereby ordered in and along Seeberger Drive from Michigan Street to Fellows Street .as follows, to -wit:- R Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Michigan °St,reet and Seeberger Drive; thence east along the center line of Seeberger Drive to the center of St. Joseph Street with a 15 inch vitrified pipe sewer; thence still east along the center line of Seeberger Drive to the east line of lot�36 Seeberger's Addition with a 12 inch vitrified pipe sewer; thence still east along the center line of Seeberge-r Drive to a point 20 feet Me.st of the west line of Fellodrs Street with a 10 inch vitrified pipe sewer.
