Pursuant to Section 2-3 of the South Bend Municipal Code, and upon a motion made and
seconded, the South Bend Common Council will hold its Organizational Meeting on Monday,
January 7, 2008 at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, 4 n Floor County-City Building, South
Bend, Indiana:
The purpose of the meeting is to choose officers of the Council and to select the Council
Attorney.
