The attached Professional Services Agreements are proposals from Michaels Appraisal
Services and David Waszak Appraisals, Inc. for conducting an appraisal on the parking
garage portion of the Chase Tower (211 W Washington).
A request for proposals was sent to area MAI- certified appraisers on November 28, 2011.
The attached proposals represent the two lowest -cost bids submitted, for $5000 and $4400
respectively.
Staff requests approval of these Professional Services Agreements in the amounts of
$5000 and $4400 to allow for the appraisal of this property.
