I have your letter of the 20th., and regret to note that there has been any delay in removing the iron troller poles in the new pavement in La Salo Avenue. This has been praeticularlly unadvoidable, due to the extra amount of work on hand ith a short force of men ana the pr etical impossibility of getting additional lineman.
