Board met in special session at 9:30 A.M, L. P.-Hardy
absent.
Upon order of the Board representative of the 0. K. Plumbing
Company was before the,Board and the matter of making proper backfill an
plumbers cuts in pavements and obtaining'a permit from the Engineering-Depastmen;t
before excavating the streets was discussed and..the Board ordered the 0. K.
Plumbing Company to do -work strictly according to the spocif cations and Ordinane
under penalty of -having his license revoked, -
Clerk instructed to write to the Chicago, Lake Sh®re & South
Bend Ry. Company and instructed them to remove their 'trolley poles off of La Sale
La Salle Avenue by Friday Sept. 22nd. 1922 or the City would remove same at their
expense. ,
