Herewith is an explanation for the change order #3 being submitted.
The reason(s) for the change order request is as follows:
. Time extension due to waiting on the manufacture and delivery of traffic signal
Mast Arm Poles (MAP). The contractor submitted the order immediately
following approval but the supplier has an extensive lead time. After installation
of the MAPs the concrete sidewalk around the pole bases will be poured.
The cost for the work will be increased by $0.00.
This represents an increase of 0.00% for this change order.
This represents an increase of 32 days to the contract for this change order.
