Ziolkowski Construction, Inc. $907,000 Engineering did not find any discrepancies in the bids and the bidder submitted an acknowledgment of the addendum. Engineering recommends the rejection of bids for Alternates 1-8 and the award of a contract for $907,000.00 to the lowest responsive 1 responsible bidder, Ziolkowski Construction Co., Inc.
