Mr. Kidder representing the Colpeart Realty Compan appeared
before the Board and took up the matter of placing piers at entrance o streets
to their addition of Colonial Gardens on Mishawaka Avenue and placing lights on top
of each pier. The Board advised Mr. Kidder to prepare a plan and submit same to the
Board and this would be referred to the City light inspector before any action could be
taken.
In regard to the petition filed December 27th., 1921 and
refiled April 18th., 1922 by the Marquette Park Corporation for reassessments on
Improvements in Marquette.Park Addition, the City Engineer having received the Treasure
report files the following report on same which was read and approved.
