to the attention of the Board on �etober l(�th and who sir.ce has
rem�ined on the sick lis.t sinc.e August 16-was discussed and the Clerk
was ordered to secure a report from the police physician, a].so fro�i
Officer �unningh�m's priv�te physi�ci�n to ascertain his physict�l
condition to �eterr.2ine if the proper time had �rrived for placing this
officer on nension.
A communication was received fron the Bankers' Finance Corporation,
747 South T�ichigan Street, asking for limited parking facilities in
front of their pl��ce of b usiness. The matter was referred to TraYfic
Engineer Miller for investi.�ation �nd recommendatzon.

Mr. Burns submitted his. report of the activities of his Department
for the week ending November 19, showing 194 inspections made �nd
reporting that kussell Ostrum; �iishawak�, was �irrested for the viol�tion
of the coal and coke �icts on short weight, klso, that three taxi cab �
drivers had been arrested for violation of Ordinance No. 3262 anc3 the
c�ses set for November 25th.
