that he be �l�ced on pension begir.ning Au��ust 2d, 1938. The Board accepted
his resi�nation fror.i the Fire Depart�nent as of the above date snd instruc-
�ed the Chief to refer the matter to the Fire�nen' s Pension Fund Board for
furtner action..
