Renev��l Certificates on Police Bonds in favor of Casimer Luzny, Leonard i{rule�vitch, Billy �holasinski, and Eleanor Von Hoene were ap- �roved by th E Bo�rd. Special Police Commission in favor of R. G. Foust, while employed in the Health Departr:!ent was approved by the Board. Tr�ffic Engineer Miller reportec. upon the po::sible establishmen t of a bus loadin g zone at tio. 120 to 1�4 South l�ain Street �nd stated that I�"r. Arthur A. Frederickson, owner of the building at 120 South Main, is not in f�vor of this zone. he furth er reported that it is his opin- ior� th�t the establishment cf the zone at 122 and 124 would not be prac- tical when th e office of the bus line is established at 130 South Main �treet. Reviettii� all of the circur�stances, the Board decided to defer f�rther action uni.il the matter may be more fully cor.sidered. City mrai'f'ic �ngineer iriiller reported upon the experience of stop si�ns one year after installation �t T�Jleade and Ford Streets, and showed a reduction of 88;�� had been experienced in accidents at this intersection. This report is on file in the office of the Board of Public Safety. x communication �vas received from V�hiteman Brothers Company, asking for the establishnent of a loading zone or South Michigan Street in front of their builcing at No . 7Q2-714. This being on a 5tate High�Nay, �"47�iteman Brothers were informed that their application should be made to the 5tate High<fr�y Commission tvho cor_trol the parkin� regulat�ions on all 5tfite high�vays. The matter ti�ss fully discussed by the Board arzd it �^ias decided that upon receipt of all requests of t�is nature tha.t the matter be ref'erred to Gity Traffic Engir_eer �iiller, who would investigate � and give the Board his opinion of the praticability of each request,which � vrould then be analyzed b3r the Board and the State Hight��ay informed togetb- er with such recommendations as th e Board f eeZs justified in makin�. In the above case, Mr. i�riller vras instructed to brin� in his recomrr.endations � at the next meeting.
