In the presence of Chief of Police L�ne, the Board discussed with N�r. �,ualls the activities, so far unofficially entered into, the instal- lation of t��o-t�vay radio (testino} and issued i�tructions that Officer LnP.ue Wert be requested to furnish the Board with copies of ali commun- � ic�tions sent and received by him in ��Z�e�'erence to two-:vay radio for fi�ing in the office of the Board oF Publi'c 5afety and that in the future any communications that he sends ou� or receives in regard to the radio be referred to the Board and sent out under the signature oP the Board so that th e Board may be fully advised at alI times of the progreUs made. � POLICE DEPl�TI4Tr�NT-ChieP Lane present : Matters pertainin� to t he operation of the Police Department were discussed• �rrith the chief.
