and in the Fire Department, numbers 03821 to 03830 inclusive, v�lere
a�proved.
Claims in the ar,�ount of 952.18 from the folloti��ing supnliers
vtiere anproved and ordered paid. Also salaries for the first n.alf of
September, amounting to I9,207.66.

member of the Board, and a copy placed on file.
POLICE D�:PART�rIEVi T - Chief Lane present:
Mr. Johnson, manager of Parkir_g lots on North Iviair., North
I��ichigan, and Vvest Colfax A venue, v�Tas present and propo.ed to re-
lieve cor.gestion at the various the�ters by permitting storage of
bicycle� on his varkir g lots. The matter vtias rei'erred to Chief Lane
to V�ork out v�;ith UIr. Johnson.

Special Police Comniission of Thos. M. Gera�hty v�as cancelled by
the Board and hi.s badge recalled.
Traffic Engineer, Ariller reported on the petition of Reverend
I�Richael Osti:�aia, C.S. C. , ana others asking for Police patrol worx at
three intersections on Prairie Avenue. A copy of the report v�ras or-
dered sent to Father O��a?ald ir v��hich it t•Yas recommended ttiat they or-
ganize School Boy Patrol.
