Indiana. Avenue toEwing Avenue with asphalt, asphaltic concrete, bitulithic, or
Brick in pursuance -to Resolution No. 995, this being the date set for the making of
the preliminar order desi nating the kind of pavement the Board at 10:00 A.M.
Friday June 30�4., 1922 pugligly opened, read and considered $11 bids, and continued
their meeting tc� 7:15 P.M. tl}is 5th. da,y of July 1922.
Now on last named date the Board,designa,ted Asp'altic concrete
as the kind of gavement with which said street -is to be improved and fixes the 17th.
day of July 192 - 10:00 A.M. as the tim when 'etittions or chap ing thh ki d

Friday June 30th., 1922 publicly opened, read and considered €i11 bids and continued
their meeting at 7:15 P.M, this 5th. day of July 1922.
Now on la,st.named date the Board desi na.ted concrete as the kind
of pavement with which said street is to be improvdd and ixes the 17th. day of July
1922 at 10:00 A.M. as the time when petitions for changing the kind of pavement must
be filed, and the Board hereby continues this matter until the 18th. day of July 1922
and on the above named day'the Board will either pass on petitions let said contract
or reject all bids.-
