will receive bids for the construction of said improvements ttp to 10:00 A.M. June
27th., 1922, The Board reserves the right to reject any -and all bids.
Hearing had on resolution for pipe -sewer on=O'Brien Street from
Washington Avenu6 to'the first alley south of Kenwood Avenue, under Improvement
Resolution No. 989. In the City of South Bend, Indiana. a

(3) and (6) and lots (4) and (5) in Mease Addl tioho under Improvement Resolution
No. 992. In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remon-
strance was filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that
the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the
estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon
takes final action on said resolution as origi4ally adopted, and the same is hereby
in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved.

Hearing had on supplementary assessment roll for the concrete
pavement on Emerick Street from Cresnt Avenue to Corby Street . In the above matter
no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board decided
to defer all action on -said roll until Wednesday June 14th., 1922 at 7:15 P.M.

from Portage Avenue to Olive Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 990. IN the
City of South Bend, Indiana.
Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remox-
strance was -filed. The Board therefore being fully advised in the premises, decides
that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvements areequal
to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and there-
upon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is
hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved.

from Michigan Street to Vandalic R. R. under Improvement Resolution No. 991..In the
City of South Bend, Indiana.
Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no .written remon-
strance was filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the
benefits to property liabll to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the
estimated cost of the same as estimated by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon
takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby
in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved.

therefore find that the property a.sseased in said roil filed May l7th , 1922 is benefited
in the amount of a��sessments as shown on modified assessment roll anal the Board further
find that the assessement roll filed May 17th,v 1922 and the final estimate.allowed May 17th.,

Avenue and La Salle Avenue we have been unable to complete our contract,
as required by June lst., 1922. We sk that we be D�iiv n an extension of time til Au st lst.11922 to
protect us agaa,inst"ba weather or unforseen, days wh.cch may come up,
however we expect to have work completed before that date.

This is an old telephone
pole line which cross diagonally across Ewing Avenue. This line of poles should be
removed at once. .

as the kind of pavement with which said street is to be improved and fixes the
