June 27th., 1922, The Board reserves the right to reject any -and all bids. Hearing had on resolution for pipe -sewer on=O'Brien Street from Washington Avenu6 to'the first alley south of Kenwood Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No. 989. Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remon- strance was filed. And the Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as origi4ally adopted, and the same is hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved. z Resolved further, that notices be published on the 9th. day of June 1922 and on the 16th. day of June 1922 in the South Bend Tribune and South Bend News Times, stating that this Board will receive bids for the construction of said improvement up to 10:00 A.M. on the 27th. day of June 1922. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Hearing had on supplementary assessment roll for the concrete pavement on Emerick Street from Cresnt Avenue to Corby Street . In the above matter no remonstrators appeared and no written remonstrance was filed. The Board decided to defer all action on -said roll until Wednesday June 14th., 1922 at 7:15 P.M. J Hearing had on resolution for grade, curb and walk'on Bergan Street from Portage Avenue to Olive Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 990. IN the City of South Bend, Indiana. Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remox- strance was -filed. The Board therefore being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvements areequal to the estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil Engineer, and there- upon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved. R. under Improvement Resolution No. 991..In the City of South Bend, Indiana. Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no .written remon- strance was filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the benefits to property liabll to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same as estimated by the City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved.
