Councilman- Thonthon with a number of propperty owners appeared
before -the Board and presented a written remonstrance against coal yard being erected
on St. Peter Street near Gra d Trunk Railway i� tit of aka . This mat{,er discussed

Rearing had on assessment roll and final estimate for Grade, curb
and walk on Huey Street from Lincoln Way Vest to Elwood Aveme, under Improvement
Resolution No. 861. In the City of South ,Bend, Indiana.
Upon said hearing remonstrators appeared and objected to water
standing in street, but no written remonstrance was filed. The Board find that the
property assessed in said roll filed May lOth., 1922 1 s benefitted.in the amount of
assessments as shown on -said roll, and the hoard further find that the assessment
roll filed May loth., 1922 and the final estimate*allowed May 10th., 1922 should be
and the same are hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved.
This bein the date 'set for the deferred hearin on. Resolution
for pipe sewer on Kess er Blv from Rose Street to the north line f Portage Avenue
and as per agreement with Attorney Gilliom this hearing is hereby deferred until
Wednesday May 31st., 19222at 7:15 P.M.
