WHEREAS the Board is duly advised in the premises,
NOW THEREFORE the Board finds that the facts ae.t out in said petition,

said petition are invalid, and the BoarA orders the City En ineer to draft and file

In the matter of Ralph C. Osborne's Replat of Lots 64,65,& 66 Cobb's Sub
Division of Bank Out Lot 30, referred to the Zoning and Planning Commission for con-
siderttion, I beg to report that the Commission at its meeting held Tuesday May 9th.,
voted that the Replat be not approved.

Petition received read and placed on file for the oiling of
Ernsberger Street from Bowman Street north to the Railroad tracks.
Commutication received from I. Van Trump.City Chemist in regard to
the yardage og pavements let. Same referred to the City Engineer for answer.
The following permits were granted to the Indiana Bell Tel. Company
to set pole and anchors as follows: -
To move the existing pole on the southwest corner of the.alley
between Orange Street and Washington Sts. on Brookfield St. across the alley to the
northwest corner of the same alley as shown on blue print.
To move existing pole on King Street -to Portage , this pole is to
be set just inside of the curb, the lawn including sidewalk is fifteen feet wide on King St.
To r4set pole on Calvert Street in the alley between Main Street
and Michigan Street on account of being in the way of the opening of Calvert Street.
