and Robert Seals. Lach of' these officers testified tiiat he nad
seen �fficer Chrobot at various times betyleen midnioht of �pril 15th
�nd 8: 00 0' clock the :�ornin� 01 April 16th and that at no time czid
h�� sho�a evi�ience of inl�oxica�ion or the use of intoxicants.
nfter hearin� all of' the evidence , it zras rrloved by l.�r. l�iood�yard
ar�d seconded by T;�r. ��nderson that the aefenciant , ;u. i;. C'rirobot , be
found not �;uilty anci tl�at ne be instructed to reswne his duties
