discuss tre matter oi injury to Officer ti`Jilliam ieiillion. The voctor
shoyled x-ray phoi.o�ra�hs of' various stages of .his ti�ork anc� statea
' that the Officer' s arl,i should be ?�er-�,�itted to relnain in cast for
another t�lirty days before deterziiining if an3,T other raet�od should be
follo��ea. Pro�;ress has been very slorr and it apbears to be a very
stv'oborn case.

�rac�ice by Gf'i'icer Peter Rudynsl�i vras presented �o the 3oard and
sho�red very satisfactory results. The Board instructed the Secretary
to offer its coi�nendation to the Officer for tlie interest r,e is
takin� and tile results he is optainin�.
