Upon motion dul� made and seconded, the follo�ving resolution ti�as adopted: RESQLVED: that Officer iTu1f be required to continue as a meMber of the Police Depart�ent for the duration of the �^rar and that no certificate of availability be sxecuted in his benalf by the City of South Bend. .
