Said proposals shall be received in the office of the
Board oi Public '�'dori:s and Safety, at the City �iall, Sou�h �end, Indiana,
until 10:00 �'�.i,�. on June '7tn., 194�, at wnich time they shall �ae publicly
opened and read.
Because of variations in manufacturer 's st�.ndards, these .
specifications shall be considered mini�num reauirements. �ach bidder
