Departr:ent� and upon motion duly made and seconded, the follotiving
action z^Tas taken: Lloyd r�obinson vras prornoted to Captain, Rudolph
Ramhap tivas . proinoted to Lieutenant to replace Robinson, Robert Grear
. ti,ras promoted to Lieutenant and Earl Rupe, tivho ,^aas a Lieutenant, va�s
. demoted to Private due to lack of interest in vJOrk connected v�ith the
- Department. Jo�n Vign z^�as appointed as special Fireman on a temporary
