Hearing had on resolution for grade, curb and walk on Wilber Street
from"Longley Avenue to Linden Avenue, under.Improyement Resolution No 951.9 In the City
of South Bend, Indiana.
Upon said hearing remonstrators appeared but no written remonstrance
was filed. The Board after hearing interested property owners decided to defer action
on said reslution until Wednesday April 26th., 1922 at 7:15 P.M. A trip of inspecition
to be made before next meeting, w
Hearing had onresolution for pavement on S camore Street from Colfax
Avenue -to La Salle Avenue, under Improvement Resolution No, 955. In the City of South Bend,
Indiana,
Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no wri%vten remonstrance
filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises -decides that the benefits to property
liable to be assessed for said improvement are equal to the estimated cost of the same, as
reported bythe>City Civil Engineer, and thereupon takes final action on said resolution
as origAnally adopted, and the same is hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and
approv
Resolved further, that notice be published on the 21st. day of April
1922 and on the 28th. day of April 1922. In the South Bend Daily Tribune and News Times
newspapers of genwral circulation in said City, stating that this Board will ptnreive
bids for the construction of said improvements up to 10:00 A.M. May 16th.9 1922. The Board
reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

from Michigan Street -to Fellows Street, under Improvement Resolution No. 954. In the
City of South Bend, Indiana.
Upon said hearing no remonstrators appeared and no written remon-

fitsto property liable to be assessed for said Improvements are equal to the estimated
cost of the same, as reported�by�the City Civil Engineer, an the reupon takes final

Howard Street to the center of St. Vincent Street, under Improvement Resolution No, 946,
being deferred to this date from April 12th., 1922.
Upon said hearing no further remonstrators appeared and no written
remonstrance was filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the
benefits to the property iieable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the
estimated cast of the same,, as reported by the City Civil Engineerg, and thereupon takes
final action on said resolution as originally adopted, and the same is hereby in all
things, ratified, confirmed and appove ,

from Bruce Street to Calvert Street, under Improvem AJt Resolution No. 952. In the City
of South Bend, Indiana. -
Upon said hearing Attorney Strickland representiting Citizens
Homes Company appeared before the Board and.objected to said improvement and wirbten
remonstrance filed. The Board being fully advised in the premises, decides that the
benefits to property liable to be assessed for said improvements are equal to the
estimated cost of the same, as reported by the City Civil.Engineer, and thereupon
takes final action on said resolution as originally adopted and over -rule said written
remonstrance and the vasolution is hereby in all things, ratified, confirmed and approved.
Resolved further, that notices be published on the 21st. day of
April 1922 and on the 28th, day of April 1922 in the South Bend News Times and Tribune,
newspapers of general circulation in said City, stating that this Board will receive
bids for the construction of said improvements up to 10:00 A.M. May l6th.9 1922 The'Board
