Be It Resolved by the Board. of Public Works of the City of South Bend, St. Joseph C unty, State of Indiana, that it is desired and deemed necessary to improve Donald Street from Miami Street to Leer Street as follows, to -wit:- Said street shall be. graded and the roadway thereof shall be paved; also the roadway of the certain portions of the streets and.alleys which enter dr inter- sect said street shall be graded and paved.
