Minutes of March 21st., 1922 read and approved.
Street Commissioner D. C. Layton, filed the Following reports.
On sewerconnections at corner of Howard Street and Notre Dame.
Avenue in front of`Owl Hospita.
Sewer tap located 7ft, out in s-treet roadway widened 14ft.
after sewer was laid. D, C. Layton.
The following resolutionwas adopted by the Board..,
COPY OF VACATION RESOLUTIOT? N0. 61. 1022.
Resolved by the Board of Public Works of the City of South Bend,
Indiana, That it is desirable to vacate the 'followin the north and south alley lying
between Tenth Street and Eleventh Street from Vine S reet to Pleasant Street. Also;•
The east and west alley lynng between Vine Street and Plesa.nt Street from Tenth Street to
Eleventh Street.
The following property may be injuriously or beneficially
Effected by such vacation: °

Notice of this resolution shall'be published on -the 31st. day of
March.a.nd on the 7h. day of April 1922 in the South Bend Dailk Mribune abd News Times.
This Board, at its officein the City Hall on the 26th. day of April,
1922 at 7:15 P. M. will hear and receive remonstrances from all persons interested in or,
affected by these proceedings.
Adopted this 29th. day of March 1922.
