Bard met in special session at 5:00 P. U. 'All members' present.
The contract for heating purposes filed by the St. Joseph Heating Company
was read by the Board, the signing of same deferred until Tuesday October 19th.,1515.
at 10:00 A.M.
Bond and contract "for fence on Lincoln Way East from 434 ft. north of Grand
Trunk Ry. to 192 ft. south of grand Trunk Western Rye Co. signed by Staples.and Ackerman
was approved by the Board.
