Board met in special session at 11:00 A. M. Mr. A. H. Rice absent.
The Board ordered the City Civil Engineer to prepare a. resolution
for the Widening of an alley from the north line. of Colfax Avenue jro the southerly line
of Lincoln Way West. lying between Bank Out Lot 14 and 15 lst. Plat of Bank Out l®ts
and between Lots 11 and 13t and 10 and 12 Chapin's Sub.of Bank Out lots 1 and 2.
