Board met in special session at 7:45 I.M. All members present.
Hearing had on Improvement Resolution,No. 404 for Pavement onIndiana Ave
from Miami Street to Franklin Street, In the City of South Bend, Indiana.
Upon said hearing remonstrated appeared and remnnstra,ted against said improve
ment being put in until spring of 1916, but no written re monstrance was filed.
The Board after due consideration decided that the resolution be and the same is here-
by and in all things rescinded.
The City Engineer reported as follows: -
To the Hon. Board of Public Works
of the City of South Bend, Indiana.

I have investigated the petition for a pavement on Indiana Avenue from_
Miami Street to Leer Street; and recommend that if possib&e the petition be granted
The work could hardly be finished this year except under most favorable weather condi-
tions. The City's share of the cost due to street and alley intersections would be,
approximately $koo.00 I
