in the Comm6h of the Whole Room. All members of the Board present.
The above meeting was held for the consideration of the underground `
Ordinance with the representatives of the.various companies, sn d the companies
having underground work to do were giving notice in the underground district proper
that they would be obliged to conform with the Ordifnce On diverging-avenu'es they
would be privilged to go on a single pole line using the trolley Companies pales.
All poles to be painted and all work to be completed in the immediate future.
