Friday July 16th.21915.
Board met in special session with a Committee of the Common council
at 7:30 P.M. All members present.
Representative of the different public service companies met with the
Board and discussed hhe underground system and they were informed that that the Underground
Ordinance would have to be &nforeed in the underground district p roper and that the
diverging avenues would be taken up at the meeting to be held in three weeks or August
6th.1915. This was agreeable with the Common Council and the Beard of Public Works.
